The Brucity experience

Brucity, the physical meeting point providing a visitor experience for citizens and a working experience for agents



The new Administrative Centre embodies the new approach to welcoming and supporting citizens and provides an optimised working environment for staff.
It is therefore also the confluence of digital practices focused on:

  • optimal reception and processing of citizens' requests
  • efficient working methods and staff welfare

For i-CITY's employees, this is a SMART building project: we are responsible for its equipment and IT facilities to ensure we achieve this double objective.

We have designed, developed, implemented and continuously improved the ecosystem necessary for a quality "Front Office". This facilitates interactions with citizens at each stage of the process and is supported by modern technology including interactive terminals that allow citizens to carry out their own procedures, counters equipped with scanners, modern payment methods, cameras, etc.

The brand new Municipal Council room has also been equipped to allow for optimal collaboration between elected officials and provide high quality streaming for citizens.
